Stir Fry Chinese Spinach

  • 1 bunch Chinese spinach
  • 2 Tbsp plum sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Viet Huong fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp water


  1. Wash and chop the Chinese spinach into three sections.
  2. Mix the stir fry sauce.
  3. In my 14-inch Hexclad wok, I heated up a little oil and sizzle the minced garlic.
  4. Then I add the Chinese spinach into the wok and pour in the stir fry sauce.
  5. Toss the vegetables around until cooked evenly and remove the wok from the heat.
  6. Serve this stir fry Chinese spinach as a side dish.
