Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Chinese spinach
- 2 Tbsp plum sauce
- 1 Tbsp Viet Huong fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp water
Direction:
- Wash and chop the Chinese spinach into three sections.
- Mix the stir fry sauce.
- In my 14-inch Hexclad wok, I heated up a little oil and sizzle the minced garlic.
- Then I add the Chinese spinach into the wok and pour in the stir fry sauce.
- Toss the vegetables around until cooked evenly and remove the wok from the heat.
- Serve this stir fry Chinese spinach as a side dish.
