Crispy Air-Fried Pompano – Cá Chim Chiên Giòn

Every since we invested in a Cuisenart Air Fryer, air fried crispy pompano has been our weekly thing. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and Vietnamese sweet and sour fish sauce.

Ingredients:

 Direction:

1. Rinse fish and strain or pat off liquid with paper towel. The skin won’t be crispy if the fish skin is wet. Rub fish with a bit of salt.

2. Place fish on the mesh rack on top rack and set to Air Fry function at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.  No oil is needed.

3. Transfer to plate and serve with steamed jasmine rice and Vietnamese sweet and sour fish sauce. Enjoy!
