1. How to Place a Seed Order with Snow Lam
Step 1. Look at my seed inventory lists below and when you are ready, send me the list of the seed packets you would like. Please do inform me if your seed order is for local pickup or for mail out.
Step 2. Payment: I only accept Zelle or Paypal payments as wireless payment. (I do accept check payment but the process will take longer because I have to wait for the check to arrive and process the check before packaging the seeds. This is not a popular payment but I have elderly seed buyers who have asked to pay by check payment before.)
DO NOT PAY until I confirmed I have all your seed packets ready to be mail out. I will send you a photo of the packaged seeds prior to mailing them out. Please allow within 3 to 7 business days for me to mail out the seeds since I only go to the post office once a week.
Seed Order Type:
For USPS Priority mailing, I will send you the tracking number on the day I ship out the seeds within a week from your date of purchase. A minimum purchase of 15 seed packets is required. Please add $10 to cover the labeling, packaging, and shipping costs. Any additional seed packets added to the order is just $1 per seed packet. For examples; 15 seed packets would cost a total of $25, 40 seed packets would cost $10. The more seed packets you order, the more you save.
For postage mailing, there is no tracking. I would only send a photo of the stamped mailing prior to putting it into my mailbox. Restrictions do apply. I can only mail tiny seeds like lettuce, tomato, pepper, eggplant, carrot, and other tiny seed types. I do not mail hybridized seeds, rare and limited seeds, and any seeds from Johnny’s Selected Seeds Company because it is just expensive to replace them if the mail gets lost.

My PDF file shows all the seeds I have in my inventory, each seed label will indicate whether it is cold-hardy or heat-tolerant, how many or how much seeds are in the $1 seed packet, and the source to where the seeds are from so that you can google search for description based from the source. Heat-tolerant does not mean it will grow well in the summer months. If you are not sure which one grows well for the summer months, reach out to me so I can assist you with seed selections. 3. Where Do My Seeds Come From?
My seed collection comes from my garden and mostly from major seed companies, reputable breeders, and licensed seed sellers. I harvest heirloom seeds and invest in buying hybrid and rare seeds. Below are the list of seed companies and the newest seeds added to my seed inventory.

5. Behind the Scene
My little man helped harvested the Yu Choy Sum, coriander, Cosmos Bright Lights, celtuce seeds, and sunflower seeds. The sales from those seed packets will be his earnings. (Sigh, he got smarter and smarter everyday. I can’t rip him off.) He has grown since he started helping me in the garden when he was 1.5 years old. He is a natural gardener.
6. Guarantee
All my vegetable seeds are guaranteed to have at least 70 to 100 percent germination rate within 12 months from date of purchase. Please make sure you are sowing the seeds accordingly to its average temperature preference.
Note: Atemoya season in zone 9B and 10B is around late July through November. Most atemoya seeds are harvested from my friends’ gardens in Orlando and West Palm Beach. Atemoya is a hybrid between a sugar apple and cherimoya. Atemoya seeds will not grow true from seeds but will make a great rootstock for grafted named atemoya varieties.
