Baked Mussels with Masago and Mayo

This is a very simple and easy appetizer for a quick fix for parties and dinner.

Cooking time: 13-15 minutes

Ingredients:

Kraft’s Original Mayo
2 lb New Zealand’s mussels
At least 1/2 cup masago

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Rinse and clean frozen mussels.  No need to thaw it.  Place mussels onto a baking tray.

2.  Squirt mayo on top of mussel.

3.  Top each mussel with about 1/4 teaspoon of masago.

4.  Bake mussels at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Then broil on high for 3-5 minutes.

5.  Serve hot.  Enjoy!

Bonus feature:  I tried topping the mussels with chopped Thai basil leaves and squirt some Thai sweet chili sauce and Huy Phong’s sriracha sauce on to change things up.
