Introductory:

I learned to grow my first kohlrabi this year and love eating it in stir fry and soups so I will grow a whole tray of them for my garden each month. Kohlrabi takes a long time to mature. Transplant seedlings once there two sets of true leaves are showing. This documentary is about the different varieties of kohlrabi I have tested in my garden.
