I love and often eat roasted and sauteed zucchini, but I have to play around with my spices and seasoning every time so I don’t get bored eating the same vegetable. It requires more effort for me to persuade myself to like eating vegetables being a meat lover. 😂
The following or just different seasoning variations I have tried and reviewed to help me remember if I like it or not. I just sprinkle a little of this and that; so picture of ingredients is all I am going to show you.
Note: The two main ingredients are 3 zucchinis and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Slice the zucchini one-third inch thick roundelle (fancy word for round shaped cuts).

Cooking direction: I cook the zucchini on high heat for five to seven minutes max with olive oil and whatever seasoning I am using.
Seasoning Ingredients
11/22/24: I used the following
- salt and black pepper
- garlic powder
- ginger powder
- Badia’s Louisiana Cajun seasoning

Result: I like the flavor but will probably cook the zuchinni for five minutes max. Seven minutes was a bit too long. I prefer my zucchini cooked but with some firmness to it, not soft.
To be continued the next time I sauteed zucchini.
