- Kids’ 18 Sweet Melon Varieties (SM) (sown 2/11): Reduce to 12 varieties next year – Make one tray for small size sweet melons, and the other tray for medium-large sweet melon varieties for next year. This year with all the difference sizes of melons mixed up in the listing didn’t make it easy for me to transplant.

Result: Blauer Speck and Terek F1 are heat-tolerant and grew fast, aborted White Vienna, Purple Vienna, Azur Star, and Giant White. Test Beas F1 and Konan in fall.
