Baked Chinese Eggplants with Scallion Oil – Ca Tim Nuong Mo Hanh

Snow Lam

My greatest passion is teaching kids ages 5 to 7 how to read, write, and draw. I am a firm believer of teaching children respect, self-responsibilities, life skills, self discipline, and foundational academic skills. Motherhood is the best gift in life for me. I enjoy being a stay-at-home-mom because I can create many sweet memories with my children. I hope they can look back in the childhood life when they become parents to do the same thing as I did for them instead of neglecting their children and letting their kids glue on the screen all the time. Screen time and video games can NEVER teach any child how to show love, respect, responsibility, loyalty, compassion, sympathy, and forgiveness.
