Updated 4/15/21: I grow lacinato kale for one reason, and that’s for my kids, especially the little man. That’s probably the only western vegetable my kids like to eat raw, but it must be blended and added into their fruity popsicles and no other way. They do not like roasted kale.
Ingredients: use just enough to fill up the blender container
Version dated 4/15/21:
- some Golden Sweet pineapple
- some bananas
- 3-4 kale leaves (discard the spine)
- Danon yogurt (Ethan’s choice)
Blend and pour in popsicle mold to freeze. Enjoy!
