10/4/24: After pruning:
10/4/24: Before pruning: I pruned off the lower lateral branches and planted my Siatong mango tree into the ground. I looked and looked at the tree shape. My OCD can’t handle this crooked and off balance look. So I had to chop the canopy off to start over. I like buying young grafted mango trees so I can shape it to have a single straight trunk.
12/17/23: I purchased my young Siatong mango tree in a 3-gallon pot from Leaph’s Fruit Trees in West Palm Beach. Leaph is my favorite licensed fruit tree seller and you can contact him via Facebook Messenger.
